although the meal was lovely, the restaurant needed an update and a thorough clean. Also a very noisey group were seated on the next table whilst there was plenty of other tables they could have been sat at. We could hear ourselves speak. Table layout could be arranged differently and not so crammed in.

The food could of been warmer, otherwise our party of three enjoyed our meal. Staff we’re friendly and helpful. Car park could be better I’m disabled and need good ground (without bumps and potholes. Disabled parking not visible it’s only because I’ve been before that I know where the parking spaces are.

Having eaten at the Fleetsbridge branch last week, I found Northbourne's carvery far better, tastier and succulent meat. Vegetables perfect. Many years since I've been to Northbourne but I'll now definitely be back!

Standard Toby Carvery. Starter served quickly by pleasant waitress. Wine requested not available and wrong wine brought to us (and charged for later, though it had been changed). We would return, but not for a special night out.

Would go again but it was a shame that at 9pm at night it was still full of small children with one In particular on the table next to us, constantly high pitch screaming. I know it’s the holidays but still....service ok nothing special. Food hot and nice.

The women cutting the meat was as miserable as she could be, everybody complaining at the small amount of meat she put the customers plate. Funny how the staff seem to cheer up when it comes for the customers to pay. I give generous tips in the past, but if I get bad service, or small portions, in the future I wont give any tips

All the staff were very welcoming and efficient which made the visit very pleasant. The carvery was excellent with lots of choices all of which were deliciously cooked and the server was a very friendly gentleman. Very highly recommended.
