10/10Pleasant pre Christmas get together with friends. Most courteous to request for special seating. Friendly and courteous service and great carvery with the extensive selection of seasonal and festive vegetables

6.5/10End of the day but an umber of items run out or been on hotplate for so long overcooked. Very shabby and menus that looked like they were years old and sticky tables. Staff attentive and trying there best.

8/10Our table was very close to others and we could hear their conversations clearly. I struggled to get out of my sear comfortably because we were so close. Service at the carvery was slow as there was only one person serving until a second person arrived. Food quality and service good.

7.5/10Unfortunately our table was not ready when we arrived and could take 15mins to be available. After expressing my dissatisfaction we were asked to wait in the bar, a table was found within 5 minutes but there were 2 other free table in the same area, so why did we have to wait. The food and service was good.

7/10The service was very slow, waited over half HR for a starter. Waiter forgot to bring our glasses for a refill we ordered. The beef was also very tuff.

6.5/10This time the plates were warm, so the dinner didn't get cold by the time you got to the table. A little stingy on the meat, one slice! Also we have been in a few times over the last year, they either seem to be out of ice cream or cream. Plus puddings seem to be a bit hit and miss on what's available. Never had an issue at any other Toby, just this one. Weird

8/10The restaurant is excellent for us as my sister in law is a serious celiac and they cater for her condition which means she is able to sit down and eat with us

7/10Very nice restaurant, very nice food. kept waiting for over 10 minutes. The chef cut our meat put the plate on the side and proceeded to serve a number of meals for takeaway purposes once this was complete we were served. Not a great experience.
