7/10The refurbishment is a great improvement and the staff are all professional and friendly - however, for the first time ever I have had to complain - all the food was cold, vegetables cold, meat cold and gravy cold - I was looking forward to a mid week treat and it was awful.

6.5/10whent for my birthday the meal was good but the beef was verry grisly couldnt eat it but the waitress did change for somthing else over all it was a good meal

9.5/10Really enjoyed our meal at Toby Carvery Runwell , we got there a bit earlier than booked but they still found us a table straight away, staff were friendly and made sure we were happy with our meal, will definitely go there again.

10/10Took my grandaughter who was amazed at the choice on the carvery menu. It. Being a teenager she usually picks at her food but in your restaurant she really tucked in. I will definitely be back withg her. The staff were very friendly.

10/10Warm and welcoming. Food was very good and plenty of choice, of meat and vegetables. Staff very helpful as wife has garlic intolerance. Will be back soon

8.5/10A fantastic fresh carvery with lots to choose from. It was extremely hot in the restaurant so didn't stay past finishing our meal, but would go again . Great value

6/10Plates cold, food very dry and Luke warm even under the heat lamps. Gravy very lumpy where it was not stirred. This was our first visit since lockdowns and we were disappointed.

8.5/10Everything has been affected by the lockdown. We can not serve ourselves vegetables and sauces as we might like and how the hell did Macaroni Cheese come to be classified as a vegetable? Escoffier would turn in his grave.
