Not quite as satisfactory as on my last visit. Not all the meats were on offer when I went to the counter, and at the end of the meal there was an over-large amount of inedible fat/skin/gristle. Service was good, and the restaurant was pleasingly quiet for a late Sunday afternoon.

Reliable and efficient as usual. Even at very busy times (eg. Sunday afternoons) it is possible to be in and out with a satisfyingly full stomach (but not an empty wallet!), within 30 minutes!

I know the restaurant well, but generally go on its busiest day (Sunday). Needing a quick meal before a busy evening, I went instead at 4.30pm on a Friday - it was surprisingly quiet and I had my best experience there yet! It was great to be able to get to the gravy first (for the Yorkshire pud) then go back for the veg - a near-impossible task when it's crowded! Got a free pint too, after signing up to the app. Friendly service and spacious car-park. !

You know what to expect at "The Home of the Roast", but I was pleasantly surprised by this particular venue. conveniently situated near the airport and with a large car-park. On a busy Sunday afternoon I was impressed by the efficient management of a constant stream of customers, and by the staff generally - friendly and good humoured. The food was good and plentiful, and the place wasn't as chaotic as Tobys can be, with so many children present. In all, a good advertisement for the brand, and I'd be happy to return here when in need of a quick and satisfying meal.

A warm welcome on arrival and quickly shown to our table. Food was hot which is a blessing in itself. So many places serve warm food. There was lots of choice of veggies and variety of meats to choose from. The chef served everyone quickly so there was little queuing. The staff were attentive without being pushy offering more drinks ect. We wanted to sit after our meal for another drink and we weren't pushed out once we had finished our meal. A nice experience and quite relaxing. Thank you!

The staff serving the food weren't wearing masks. When you had chosen the items on your plate another member of staff the took the plate and escorted you to your table. Could not see the point of this. A much better system would be to issue the customer with a paper menu and pencil and they could tick off the items they required which could then be picked and brought to their table. No difference to a normal restaurant.

The restaurant is dirty, food all over the carpet. Cutlery dirty. I used to love this Toby but the food was just not nice. Waiting in line for 20 mins. Overpriced. The only positive was the staff are very helpful and polite. I won’t be returning again unfortunately.
