6.5/10It would be better if they did the takeaway orders in the kitchen rather than leave one person on serving and the others too busy making up orders, we were stood in the queue for about 30 minutes waiting to get the carvery, Maybe now lockdown has been over for over 2 years the home deliveries could be stopped? Not sure we will be back, we already gave the restaurant another chance after being spoken to like cr*p at the beginning of the year for not booking and shoved in a corner by a very rude woman.

8/10What could have been better is when the vegetable offering is running out and it gets very low, each item when required should be replaced before it runs out! Last time I visited each vegetable offering was running out quite a lot and slowly replaced, which made the queues very long and waiting time unacceptable! Other than that the food was fine once we waited at the carvery for half an hour!!

8/10we had a lovely meal, meat was fabulous n tasty, but the roast potatoes were dried out n tough..couldn't eat them. I chose to 'Go Large' but didn't receive my wee sausages😞. I booked in advance as we were bringing in a wheelchair n asked for a table near the disabled toilet, but when we were waiting to be seated I reminded the girl on the desk n she said.."O, I dont know if we have a table for you then"..what's the point of booking then? However, she was good enough to get a table ready for us and all was fine. Our server(I didn't get her name)..she was just lovely, and gave very good service. We'll go back another time as generally it's a nice restaurant overall

10/10We were there for family get together and was very good today the only thing that was not nice was roast potatoes what ever they do with them wish they could look at them as they tasted as if they were burnt way but everything else was fantastic also customer service from everyone was first class well Done

5/10The waitress was lovely but the food was mediocre at best and we had to wait ages to be served at the carvery. Sadly I don't think we'll come again.

10/10Visited yesterday 9th May 2024 at 4.30pm after hospital visit. Restaurant Ambience excellent, food great, special mention to Maddison our waitress who made sure everything was to our satisfaction.. Thank you Maddison

6/10Service very slow carvery one chef carving huge big que veg etc had to ask to be replenished and the sauces gravy etc empty the meat on carvery not very good.

7.5/10The choice of meats, vegetables and condiments for the carvery menu was excellent. The only downside was the restaurant was a bit on the warm side and our table wasn't in a well lit area. We got desserts and chose to take them home. Very happy with quality of food and servers. Will be back in due course.

2.5/10Have been here before and found it acceptable and good value, but on this Thursday evening visit, will not be back. At 6.45 there was no roast beef left! We had to stand in queue for at least 20minutes waiting for service, the servers were too engrossed in making up home delivery boxes, at the expense of customers waiting, no apologies or even eye contact . When customers that were served before us had to stand waiting for roast potatoes after asking several times! they gave up! When we came to eventually being served the Roast Pork was a sorry sight, so had turkey and gammon which to be fair was fine, then the mess at the veg area was terrible when removing old dishes nothing was wiped down so was yucky and as for the long awaited roast potatoes, they were as hard as bricks obviously on too high a heat and totally inedible new cauliflower just put out was also hard, then there was no gravy left, no one checking the service area, where were they? Still making up the home orders! By the time we reached back at our table the food was cold, not that its ever very warm. As we were a party of 6 we would have purchased more drinks and coffees but left as soon as we could. We should have complained at time, but just wanted out. Please separate your home deliveries from your actual restaurant customers!

6/10Waiting to be served was very long, only 1 person carving meats for diners and takeaway/delivery at same time. Only ham, beef and turkey available as pork wasn't ready. Quality and quantity of meat was very poor and sides were lying too long, very dried up. Desserts were excellent in quality and quantity. Table service couldn't be faulted, thanks to Will. Wouldn't go back in a hurry!
