Very busy today as there was a coupon offer . Thought the food would be hot as it was busy, but it was mostly just warm although tasty. Staff friendly and cheerful considering how busy it was . Still good value. Also picked up a take out carvery

We use the Toby carvery quite often when we cannot be bothered to cook. We are always satisfied with the meal as we like turkey and beef. We find the Yorkshire puddings rather large so I take a small pair of scissors and cut one in two for my husband and I. My husband's eyes light up when I suggest going to the Toby Carvery as it means no washing up! I book a table on line as it's so easy. Great for a lady of 83 years old. We are met with pleasant staff and always leave a tip. Thank you to all who work there.

Sack the manger for what reason he should have not gave kitchen staff a month full of abuse in front of paying customers,rightly or wrong should have been done behind closed doors, felt upset for your colleagues no man management skills my nan was upset aswell as other members of my family.

Far too crowded. Massive wait in carvery queue.. Felt like we were in a cattle market. Def won’t go at that time on a Sunday again Area where we were seated was probably the worst in the restaurant. Table 5. No chance of a private conversation. Felt like we were invading other diner s personal space…and then ours

An enjoyable experience, totally covid protected. Would prefer to serve myself at the carvery but under the circumstances it works very well. Thank you for a nice meal enjoyed with friends.

I thought the covid rules were a little excessive, mainly staff needing to take your plate to your table after your served so id suggest staff placing your plate on a side table for you to take over yourself would be a better option. Other than that, spot on service, great staff
