    A plate of chaat featuring crispy fried dough topped with onions, tomatoes, yogurt, and tamarind sauce, garnished with cilantro and pomegranate seeds; alongside, chargrilled chicken wings in glossy sauce with green onion garnish and a bowl of green chutney; and two tall glasses of creamy mango smoothie.
    Creamy mango beverages with a rich yellow hue, topped with red syrup and served with colorful straws, offering a refreshing and sweet flavor.

    Great food, lovely presentation and good service and location. Highly recommend 👌

    Crispy vegetable fritters served with a tangy chutney and a wedge of lime.
    A medley of finely chopped vegetables, including green beans and potatoes, cooked in a rich, spiced sauce and garnished with fresh herbs, accompanied by a creamy, spiced sauce.
    Layered cake topped with cream and fresh berries, featuring a rich filling.
    A selection of freshly baked flatbreads and a fluffy round bread topped with seeds and herbs, served with a creamy yogurt dip garnished with pomegranate seeds.

    We were well served by Nitin, the food was excellent and there is a lot of vegetarian variety which is not something you get at a lot of restaurants. we liked the Mocktails but there is scope to add a few more options. The service is fairly ok but can be better, it does take time so it's best you order your mains and starters at the same time. The place is small and serves both in restaurants and take aways so it always rushed for orders.

    The two staff were amazing. They provided cake as it was my niece’s birthday. There was slight confusion on yums but very quickly resolved and food was exceptional. Only reason I give less than 5 stars is due to service time. But this is a good thing! Even on a Tuesday night, it was very busy. It shows the quality of food and service. I totally recommend Tokri.

    My partner and I were excited to visit Tokri Restaurant for our first Valentine’s Day together. After reading glowing reviews on Google, my partner made a reservation two weeks in advance, expecting a memorable dining experience. Unfortunately, our evening was marred by poor service and a disappointing treatment. We arrived at 8:15 PM and placed our order at 8:30 PM—two vegetarian starters, two vegetarian mains, breads, and drinks. As we waited, we noticed that other diners (mostly white guests) received their meals within 15-20 minutes. However, we were left waiting for nearly an hour, despite multiple follow-ups with the staff. It felt like we were being ignored, which was extremely disheartening. Frustrated, my partner eventually asked for the bill, at which point the waiter hurriedly reassured us that our food was coming. When the food finally arrived, it was only the main courses, and they were cold, as if they had been prepared much earlier and left waiting. To make matters wor

    We are extremely sorry for the unpleasant evening you encountered. There was certainly a lot happening at once in such a small space. This doesn't excuse what you had to endure. Once again, we are extremely saddened and embarrassed that our lovely customers were hit by a bad service.     We arrived at the appointed time and the venue seemed to have forgotten we were coming. We were asked to wait and offered to go to the bar… where we weren’t offered a drink despite staff being around. All were too distracted/busy. We gained a table (by the door). The small restaurant was very busy and a line of helmeted Deliveroo drivers were lined up on the entrance. The ambiance was far from intimate. Been to McDonald’s they were less frantic. We decided to leave and gave our apologies. Returned home and ordered a Deliveroo takeaway from the same restaurant. Sadly this took forever and when it arrived out was very ordinary. The reviews we had read spoke very highly of Tokri. Our experience did not match these. Genuinely disappointed

    Hi Mark, We are extremely sorry and ashamed that you left with such disappointment. We were very busy that day, and although that isn’t an excuse, we had many walk ins as well. There was lack of communication, which has resulted in such inconvenience. We are once again, extremely sorry this occurred, as we don’t wish this on any of our customers. As for an apology, we would like to offer you a complimentary dining at Tokri for whenever you suit. Once again the Tokri staff apologises for this matter.

    A diverse selection of Indian dishes including rich meat curry, creamy butter chicken, fluffy rice, hearty lentil dal, golden naan, green chutney, and tangy tamarind sauce, complemented by a refreshing salad.

    I was pretty surprised to find this restaurant, it’s not on a busy high street with a lot of footfall, so to see a well decorated modern restaurant with good quality Indian food with an attentive service from staff really made for a great evening

    Good and service was very good and it was extremely busy with fingers and takeaways. It was quite noisy but it didn’t feel crowded or uncomfortable. The staff were very welcoming and the checked everything was good and if diners needed anything further without being pushy. It was great to have very clean facilities and we will definitely visit again.

    The food was authentic which is sometimes difficult to find in London. The portions are right size. I would recommend the fish Achari tikka. The nan is made their quite authentic.
