8/10Service was great! We were confused about the types of pasta and we were brought the pasta out to help us decide which one we wanted. However service did start to decline when it got busy and we got a bit neglected towards the end trying to order dessert and pay for the bill. Food was nice, I would consider coming again

9/10Lovely venue and very nice complementary gestures. Makes a change from English Afternoon tea Go Italian. One small note instead of 4 buns it would have been more creative to do a savoury patisserie. Overall a fantastic experience. Thank you.

10/10Delicious food and excellent service. We will definitely be back. There was a problem with the booking but this was handled swiftly and without issue. Service was a little bit slow but we were not in a hurry so not a concern.

10/10Visited for a late lunch with a friend and was immediately impressed by the restaurant which was bright and spacious. Service was prompt and the waiters were very attentive. We had three courses each and indulged in the lobster pasta to share which was delicious. We had drinks with my friend enjoying for the first time, an Amaretto Sour which is now her drink. We spent more than planned on lunch but really enjoyed our dining experience. Some very good Italian cooking. We will return.

9.5/10Excellent. I travel often to Milan and what Tozi Grand Cafe serves up, and its sister restaurant in Victoria, is just as good albeit more expensive as you'd expect as London is generally pricey compared to Milan.

4.5/10The table was dirty, the service was average. food came out piecemeal, had to start without everyone having their plates infront of them. the smaller cold plates were oddly the last to come out after all the hot food. confusion information given by waitress about burger toppings (2 different things to 2 different guests on the same table) and there were only vegan salad options despite being told there was chicken. Burger was bland and the risotto was top salty. aubergune parmigiana was great as were zucchini frites but honestly really disspointing overall.

10/10Antonio’s service was great really made the night enjoyable with his good humour and charm. Only thing I would suggest is that the guy at the front desk does not need to confirm you’ve booked with the fork so loudly when with company. A bit of a discreeter approach would be better but truly amazing spot and the food was really high quality 10/10

9/10Had a lovely time at Tozi. However, we were served the wrong starter but it was quickly rectified. It was annoying that plates were being picked up before sone had finished and then the whilst still eating our replacement starters we were asked if the mains could be delivered.we received the bill, split between 5 and added a tip but were told it wasn't enough and then we found we had been overcharged by £18 . I won't be coming back which is a shame the food was EXCELLENT

9/10We had a very good time at the tozi grand. The only issue we all 4 people found your large portion is very small on your mains. We wondered what your small portion would be! We thought the food was very tasty but very disappointed on the main portion size

10/10The food is delightful at this establishment. The decor is subtle but arty with a hint of bougie. The staff are truly amazing, especially the morning staff at breakfast. Very impressed. Pet friendly which is a big plus. Thank you so much.

4/10We decided to check out this restaurant as it's sister Tozi Victoria is our favourite. To say disappointed is an understatement. The atmosphere was pretty cold and unwelcoming, which can be the case with an eatery in a hotel, although this is not the case with the Victoria site. However, you may not be able to do much about the atmosphere. What you can influence though is the food and especially the service. The food was average at best, but the service was disgraceful. After asking us if we were ready to order 3 times in 5 minutes, they then decided to ignore us completely and when we did order everything took forever to arrive. The final straw was when we found a hair in our starter, yes a hair in our starter, no big deal, this can happen, but the waitress actually argued that it was my partners hair, despite it being a different colour to hers. Will never go again, if it stays open!

10/10Our Italian style afternoon tea at Tozi was delicious, a intersting change from the traditional English version. The staff were charming but not overwhelming, and we had a great afternoon. We'll be back!
