7/10Having booked a table for two, I attended the restaurant with my partner at the time and date of the booking and enjoyed a perfectly good meal. However, on asking for the bill and stating that I would like to redeem (The Fork) points against it, the manager came to our table and said he was unhappy with his relationship with The Fork and refused to accept my points or acknowledge our booking via the app. He insisted that he had attempted to have the restaurant removed from the app's listings but had not been able to reach their customer services. Therefore I found myself paying the full cost of the bill without any discount, nor did I gain any points (Yums).

10/10V welcoming staff. Food great quality 10/10 and service also 10/10 in the heart of Highgate amazing value.
