9.5/10I recently visited Twelve and chose the set menu. The food was tasty and the service excellent. I did find eating the main course, which was served in a bowl, a little tricky with a knife and fork, and would have preferred a plate.

Absolutely ❤️ this restaurant, not only is the food delectable but the team behind and in front of the scenes are all amazing. Looking forward to my next visit, thank you to Aaron, Caroline, Meghan and again all the team that make this place the number one restaurant for me 🤩

10/10Food was lovely. Staff very friendly and guided well by our server who was very attentive, can’t remember her name she had short dark curly hair (she served myself and my husband on Christmas Eve).

10/10Had a fabulous meal at Twelve last night. Staff make the place what it is and the food of course. Every member of staff that spoke to us was fun and friendly. Not been for years and will definitely be coming again. Food was delicious and well worth what we paid. Bit gutted we couldn’t leave a tip as had no cash and they don’t allow leaving tip by card.

From the moment you walked into the restaurant, we felt very welcome. From the manager, to the serving staff and all in between we experienced professionalism, friendliness and efficiency. We both had a three course dinner with a very nice wine and left off 2 1/2 hours feeling very content and happy about our experience at Twelve restaurant. Caroline makes everyone feel very, very welcome and at home..

10/10I took my partner here for her birthday recently as it is her favourite restaurant. As always, the service, is second to none and the food was absolutely divine! We had 3 courses and loved every single bite. I recommend this place to all my friends and family.

5.5/10Waited over 20 minutes for dinner plates to be cleared. Other tables of people they knew were prioritised and this is not acceptable. Miniscule portions of veg, beef served instead of pork, veg was cold by the time pork arrived. Lack of gravy. Certainly not worth the money! Did not order deser as it took 2 1/2 hours for 2 courses. Best yet to come - Lost the coat in the cloakroom cupboard for 20 minutes. Was a great restaurant - now become a shadow of its former self

10/10It was the first time we have ever been to twelve and can honestly say it won’t be the last. The restaurant is very impressive, the staff were really attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. My wife accidentally took the bottom off the pepper pot as she had not see one like that before. Unfortunately half its contents fell into her dinner plate. The staff replaced the food immediately without any extra charge which was very nice of them.
