Myself and husband had a lovely meal here on a Friday evening. The food was gorgeous, we had brushetta, garlic bread, ravioli, ragu and chocolate fondant. Staff very friendly. We waited a little while for our second round of drinks, which they apologised for and gave them complementary - which was nice. Would definitely visit again.

10/10the waitress was very attentive, the food was lovely. the music was a little loud as we were sat under a speaker with a baby but on asking they immediately turned it down. we would go again.

10/10Amazing food, ,especially the charcuterie board. Excellent service. Great location. My finance and l were celebrating our engagement, and as l had mentioned it to the lady on booking a table, to our surprise when we arrived there was an engagement card and a vase of flowers waiting for us, we were thrilled, and all the staff. congratulated us. Would highly recommend. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic food and wine that well exceeded our expectations. Everything on the afternoon tea selection was freshly made and absolutely tasty. Very pleasant service and Pratima was absolutely delightful. The young gentlemen that helped us with registering the voucher the previous day was also very helpful and courteous in making sure we don’t need to go through the hassle online. Highly recommended and would definitely revisit the place again.

6.5/10Service was reasonable. Small menu but two of the desserts were not available. Also discretionary service charge added to the bill which I don’t like. Asked for a liquer coffee at end of the meal which they declined to do.

we liked the concept of the sharing plates. The aperitivo board was delicious and well presented. Extensive selection of wines that you could taste before ordering. Great location near Chester cathedral. Nice relaxing evening with good food and wine.

8/10Had to wait for drinks,waitress seemed to have forgotten, we thought it was a lot to remember, perhaps a notepad given to staff may help.

3/10They did not have our reservation and had an inexperienced waitress, on her own, on a busy Saturday lunch time. No cider!

6/10The seating outside was uncomfortable. The waitress took our order without taking a note and got the order wrong. The service was slow and very few customers were in the restaurant at the time. The sandwich was ok, not much meat filling, mostly veg.

3.5/10We arrived it was busy and nice atmosphere.. I said we have a booking but they didn’t have it.. they said if I booked yesterday it might be too close for the fork. They said out of their control !! I have used the fork 29 mins before a booking and it was there in other restaurants.. it felt like they had taken larger bookings and bumped us off. The offered us a table upstairs on our own just 2 of us friends.. we didn’t fancy that at all so we said we would leave it.. very disappointed we th them.. we have been a few times before but it has put us off.. looked like different management.. the food was always good and it was busy so it probably still is.

2/10The whole experience was woeful the staff seemed overwhelmed and food that was served was bland,cold and basically disgusting. No explanation from staff or manager as to the poor service we encountered will not be returning.
