Wasn't asked if we had any allergens. Waitresses couldn't open the prosecco. Chicken was cheap and chewy. the raspberry element didn't exist at all on the raspberry baked alaska. cinnamon custard... a teaspoon's worth at best. NOT good value for money. I won't be coming back

The restaurant had a really nice feel, the food was average. The scallops starter were four tiny breadcrumbed morsels, I’m guessing deep fried as they were greasy. We ordered three fillet steaks, one was supposed to be rare came well done, which after we complained was replaced. By the time it came out the rest of us had very nearly finished our mains, which left one person eating on their own. The Biscoff sticky toffee pudding had no flavour of Biscoff very disappointing. What should have been a birthday treat was underwhelming, the decoration and ambience of the restaurant gave the impression of a high quality establishment, however behind the veneer it is just another average chain restaurant.

I selected a duck salad but it was tough and chewy dried fragments. Very nice sauce. I would have sent it back as it wasn’t cheap but knew I’d embark my grandson! I told the waitress at the end. It could be my poor choice as it said ( I think) teriyaki dried duck but I’m not sure. Also the salad only had 3 ingredients. Would avoid.

The ambiance was nice, some of your waiters were really rude othered nice. We keeps asking for an extra chair when some tables are empty 2 of them refused only one accepted to give us an extra chair which is disappointing very much.

The location was really lovely despite being part of the shopping centre, the views over Oxford were great and the outdoor eating area was comfortable. The music was a little loud for conversation at times, but overall the ambiance was good. The food was great.

So glad we chose Victors for lunch. We shared starters and I had the lobster Mac & cheese for main which was delicious, my friend had the burger and said it was one of the best she had had. Baked Alaska for desert which was to die for. We had a lovely bottle of Provence rose too which was just perfect. The staff were really friendly and the whole restaurant had a great feeling to it

Had 6 small plates, a salad, 2 soft drinks & 2 desserts - came to £56/head with service & 20% off food. Place quite large, felt a bit like a glorified canteen with small tables. Menu promised some exciting flavours, but food didn’t quite deliver. Not sure would hurry back.

The quality and the standard of the food are very good. Everything was super delicious! I don't quite understand why the waitress only pour me half a glass of water. And I have to ask for the bill to change as I didn't get my discount which I entitled when booking on Fork.

Smoked tofu and mushroom croquettes were good for starters. Crab sushi was okay, but the seaweed inside was very stringy and difficult to bite without the whole thing falling apart. We had the tiger prawns and cod loin for mains but found them both lacking in flavour. Would have expected something more flavoursome for the price of these dishes. Overall service level was good.
