9.5/10Good food great menu, attentive without being over powering service, I would certainly recommend and go back. The one issue was a charge of £5.00 for a lime and soda, Way over the top so i didn't add a tip. but that apart we loved the food and wish them every success.

4.5/10Visited this restaurant again after having a great experience the first time, but sadly, the food fell short this time. The burger patty was dry and tasted like it had been frozen, which was disappointing compared to my previous visit. The bun also seemed different and not as fresh. Service was okay, but overall, the quality of the food didn’t meet expectations, especially since we came as a group hoping for a good meal. Hoping this was just an off day!

10/10Great food! We had some picky eaters in the group, none of which had any complaints. Fab cocktails and 2 for 1 whilst we were there so can’t go wrong. Service was really quick, friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend

9.5/10The food quality was exceptional, and every dish was incredibly tasty. The Mexican cuisine was perfectly balanced with the right amount of spices—not too spicy, not too sweet, just right. It truly captured the essence of authentic Mexican flavors. We were thoroughly impressed and will definitely be returning to this restaurant again. Highly recommended!

10/10+1Honestly, this is one of Cardiff’s gems and we are fussy, foodie types. Authentic, delicious fresh Latin American food served by a charming, attentive waiter. We booked through Fork and got 50% off our food, but at full price it would still have been amazing value ❤️

10/10We had taco and nachos for starters and a goat and chicken curry. All the food was amazing our favourite was the beef taco, however all the food was amazing. I really enjoyed the goat curry, pretty spicy but tasty.

10/10Chose Vivo Latino based on reviews and menu and was not disappointed. From the greeting by the front of house staff to the support when asking for recommended dishes, the whole evening was excellent. Can't praise this place highly enough, it's just a pity we were only vising the City otherwise we'd be dining there very frequently.

9/10A small gem of a restaurant in this area full of eateries. Welcome was very warm by front of house staff. Food was excellent, goat curry was unbelievably good even though the spice flavour nearly blew my head off ????. But it was delicious ! Chef Ram came out to table to make sure we were enjoying his food, you don’t get that very often! All in all a great experience and we will be back.

5.5/10Nice place with buzzy atmosphere. Food was average / good but service was dire . It took 1 hr 30 mins for food to come and had to ask for water three times before we got some . They were short staffed but kept accepting more customers . Lots of groups walked out as waiting too long . They need to limit numbers if the havnt got the staff to cope .

5.5/10The waitress serving us was lovely but the food wasn't great. I had a prawn curry but it was more like a bowl of watery soup with a few prawns floating in it, with a small portion of rice and a tiny bowl of breadcrumb things. Really disappointed. That cost £16. Kids had their food first and we were left waiting ages for ours. Rather than ask us if we were ready to eat they just left us waiting so I had to ask if they'd forgotten our food as all other customers had received and finished their meals and they told us they were waiting for the kids to finish thir good before bringing ours. The kids didn't finish their food as didntblike it so we would have been left all night if I hadn't have asked if they forgot us. My partner had a mixed grill which he said was OK.
