I absolutely enjoyed my experience at the Botanical Afternoon Tea room, it was elegant, beautiful and cozy. The plants, the pretty aesthetic and lighting were stunning! The Chelsea Garden tea I had was soothing and exquisite, I cannot forget about the taste. The hand made botanical inspired pastries and sandwiches were very creative and delicious. The Le petit silk pot was interesting to look at and it was fun to eat, I enjoyed the rich taste of that chocolate! I highly recommend this dreamy place to anyone who enjoys a relaxing afternoon tea!

We had lunch and were glad we did. The staff service was excellent, pleasant decor and the food very good. We started with crab ravioli, with emulsion - delicious. We chose sea bass as the main course and were not disappointed.

What a wonderful restaurant! The staff were so polite on our arrival, I felt comfortable almost straight away. This was our first time dining in W/A and we were very knowledgeable about the menu and were able to point us in the direction of foods we liked. We ordered from their 3 course menu, all of which was delicious! There was soft music in the back ground, which made for a nice ambience. I would suggest trying any of their cockails, we each had one cocktail from their drinks menu, then settled on the suggested wine from our server. Again, so impressed with how knowledgable the staff were in suggesting the right wine for our meals individually. If you don't drink, there is also a wide selection of soft drinks, juices and hot drinks.

Had a fantastic dinner here with my girlfriends. Great service - really engaging and fun. Also the bar downstairs is really cosy and they had live music when we were there.

We live in the area and just walked past the restaurant and it was nice and busy on a Monday night. We only ordered from the snack menu and the Halloumi salad was delishious. Service was great and the tea room looked beautiful.

Lovely ambiance and attentive staff. We started with a glass of prosecco and enjoyed each of the three courses which were attractively presented. The edible flowers were a nice touch. We had the smoked mackerel starter - very generous portion. The risotto was delicious, very creamy; my partner said the coq au vin was good though had a bit too much salt for him. The dessert was perfect. We enjoyed the evening!

The food was good but service was not good, we were not offered any water at all, I had to go and find a waiter to order some. It was freezing with the air conditioning, we both had to put our coats on. We waited ages for our desserts but we were the only ones in the restaurant, when it did arrive it was the wrong one for me but that was sorted. We did not pay the service charge because of these reasons above but there was huge mis-understanding with the waiter as he came running down to Kensington station after us, then told us both to return to the restaurant. This was totally out of order and should never have happened. The staff should all be trained and told the service charge does not have to be paid if you are not 100% happy with the service.

This was a great dining experience! Loved the venue and tasteful decoration. The staff were attentive and helpful. The food was excellent and well presented. The portions were set well and left you feeling adequately content! We all enjoyed the evening and I would highly recommend this venue for a lovely night out! Starters were mackerel pate, French onion soup, chicken terrine. Mains were risotto, salmon and the desserts were chocolate fondant and passion fruit dacquoise Great experience

We had the afternoon tea. All in all the experience was good. The Botanica venue is fabulous, and the staff attentive. Porcelain and other details very nice as well. The 3 tiered afternoon tea board looks incredible! Sandwiches and scones taste great, but cakes looked better than tasted.

We were greeted at the door by a bowler hatted usher which set the tone for an elegant experience. We arrived early for our booking but were treated calmly and professionally and taken to our table. The set meal had three choices on each of the three courses. My friend had onion soup which she said was delicious and tasted homemade. I had the smoked mackerel pate which was plentiful and very fresh. We both had the plaice gougons which again were fresh and tasty and desserts were delicious. I highly recommend the restaurant- the only drawback was the background music which was intrusive and surprisingly inappropriate for such an elegant setting. Would highly recommend the food though!

Came in for the Star Deal for dinner. Great value - I had the beetroot salmon which was delicious. Service was very engaging and the supervisor Cris took good care of us.

Starters and deserts were really good. Main courses disappointed us. Burger was very thin and rather dry, fish goujons were coated in really hard bread crumb crust.

Went for dinner with friends and couldn’t have chosen a better place!! Staff super welcoming and the food was just delicious. We were slightly concerned in regards to waiting time as the restaurant was super busy but the food came in no time. Staff made no difference between residents or visitors, we felt very comfortable and will certainly be back.

A friend and I booked for the Chelsea Flower Show inspired afternoon tea and what a treat it was. The hotel has had the most wonderful refurbishment and the room where afternoon tea is just gorgeous - think Miami art deco. First to say that service is exemplary, just the right amount of attentive and they really know their stuff - particularly about the tea which is served in partnership with Twinings. The afternoon tea itself was delicious and a great selection too - bite sized sandwiches (the salmon one shaped like a flower); a beautiful selection of cakes/desserts set in a brownie based soil and of course, scones. I don't think I have ever had such divine scones - slightly scented and oh so light. All in all - an absolute treat. Highly recommended!

The afternoon tea in the Botanica was amazing! The teas were lovely and the scones were some of the best we've ever had! Thank you so much for the lovely experience!
