The food was really nice and the staff was lovely but service was quite slow. The table next to us was incredibly loud, I know this is not the restaurant’s fault but I picked this restaurant because it was labelled as romantic and it really isnt the case.

We did not know what to expect but we were surprised at the loud music and the noise from the diners eating at the restaurant. Staff were very attentive and explained what was on the menu. We found it very hard to read the menu because the lighting was very poor we had to use the the table candle to be able to read the menu. We were asked if we were sharing as our meal might not come out together. Our food did come out together and it was very good. Staff were very friendly and atte tive.

We don't often eat in restaurants in hotels, but the food was excellent and the staff very friendly. The wine list is at the upper end, but we found an excellent Muscadet for £44. The staff were attentive and friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed and sumptuous. A real oasis away from the hustle and bustle of this touristy part of London. A little surprised that the main dishes did not have any sides at all, but the sea bass we ordered was huge, (the whole fish filleted) so even with buying two sides between the two of us, we thought the value was excellent. We will go back.

The first thing I was told when we arrived was that the pre-theatre dinner menu was no longer available but there was a Festive Menu alternative. I explained that I had only booked it the night before on The Fork and had expressly booked the restaurant and the pre-theatre menu but there was no real response from the host. To then find that the Festive Menu was actually more expensive than the pre-theatre menu and that the price was not discounted to the pre-theatre menu price was a clear sign of an establishment simply misleading its customers and profiteering. I was entertaining some friends and family and we were also going to the theatre so I was not in a position to raise this further but feel strongly that the restaurant should not remove menus that are booked less than 24 hours before arrival and if they do want to do this then they should provide the alternative menu at the same price. This spoilt what was otherwise a pleasant dining experience with some good food.

We had an excellent meal on our way to the theatre. The food was first class and , as a coeliac, I had a good choice of gluten free meals. Service was very efficient and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Luxury quality food service and ambience but I was a little disappointed that the set menu had no sides with it. The main course the main festive set menu for the four course £48 But by the time you add two sides it update to £62

Dinner with my wife was another pleasant experience. 2nd time in restaurant and the service was impeccable and food was as good as I remembered. Will be going back again next time I am in the Westend.

We arrived there and the staff really went out of their way to accommodate us, the place was very clean, atmospheric, and had a good ambiance in general. The food was absolutely heavenly and definitely worth the price! Couldn’t be any more pleased with the service and the food.

We really enjoyed our experience, were greeted with a smile and the service was impeccable from begining to end. The presentation and quality of food was great too, we both loved it. Great to find such a great place in the hustle bustle of Leicester square, will be our go to spot from now on, especially if there's a large group of friends, which they can accommodate easily.
