Food and service were great, but felt the venue layout did not really support a great eating experience if that’s what you seek. We were slightly overcharged for the port (substituted on till as they could not find) and no ice cream given with the sticky toffee pudding. I did also spill a full drink as table had hinge imbedded that I did not see and whilst it was immediately replaced, I was charged for it and we spent over £150 for two - so a gesture would have been good. I know it’s a busy time in Dec, but I would not be going back.
