Booked Afternoon Tea for my friends Birthday & exceeded expectations. The Afternoon Tea was delicious and generousfor the price, free Refills on tea/coffee and the setting is lovely. Service was exceptional, friendly and attentive and they even brought out a little cupcake for my friend for her birthday. Highly recommended!

Beautiful venue, a great place to catch up with friends. Afternoon tea was scrumptious. We had two waitress serving us. The first was great and made us feel welcomed, The second was more reserved and we felt couldn't wait for us to leave. Nonetheless I would recommend this venue and would definitely eat there again if I'm ever in Lemington Spa.

The food was served in a timely manner, with plenty of time to enjoy each course and rest a little before the next course came out. it was also delicious. we had three courses, starter was the soup of the day broccoli and brie which was impressive as I am not a big fan of broccoli but even I enjoyed the flavour and consistency. the mains were sea bass and chicken，also perfectly cooked, tender and juicy. The dessert was sticky toffee pudding served with vanilla ice cream, light and fluffy just right to finish off the meal. the decor is classy and to a high standard and the building in general is impressive with ample parking on the road outside.

Staff were fantastic. I'd made an error and booked lunch instead of Afternoon tea. They were very accommodating and organised for an afternoon tea to be served 2 and a half hours before they usually do. Scones were the best I've ever tasted. Fantastic.

We were made very welcome as soon as we arrived. The service was excellent, Dan was attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The food was also excellent, fresh and well presented. The whole experience was fabulous and we look forward to going again.

The service was impeccable, both waiters were friendly, entertaining and courteous. We had a savoury afternoon tea. The actual tea was good but the food was very disappointing. The scotch egg and the pork pie had little or no flavour. Thankfully the chutney was good and we smothered the food and the sandwiches to add flavour. I had taken my friend as a Christmas treat and I felt a little cheated paying £57 for a very poor afternoon tea.

Everything went well apart from one of the diners in the party received the wrong main course, he asked for a Steak which we think the waiter heard as the diner wanted the same as the other diner in the party, so they both ended up with Coq Au Vin. The waiter was initially too busy so the diner was unable to change it so ate it anyway, didn't want it to go to waste.

Mixed feelings here: staff was very kind and professional, they made us feel very welcome. Also the environment is nice but being alone in the restaurant didn’t help enjoying the experience. Food was average , sirloin steak was juicy and tender but we asked for that to be rare and it was closer to be well done instead. Fried shrimps were totally frozen food from Iceland, watery inside and just not good at all. Pudding was ok

Beautiful setting, plenty of food. The cakes were delicious. All in all very good value for money. Our waiter was most attentive keeping the teapots filling regularly. We even had a hot chocolate drink to finish all included ingredients the cost for £24..50

Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was lovely and vegan option was actually an equally good replacement, not just removing options as some places do. Will definitely be coming back. Not to mention the venue is absolutely stunning.
