I can't rate Willy's Wine Bar. I booked for 6.30 drinks on a Monday and when I arrived was told that they were closing at 7pm because it was Monday. I texted my friend and we went to the pub across the road which was lovely in the end. Definitely won't try to go again on a Monday. Or probably any day.

Delicious food, dishonest pricing. We were charged excessively which was disappointing. Despite agreeing to accept the 2-for-1 tastecard, after the meal this was refused and only a discretionary discount offered. Further, items which were advertised as accompanying the steak in fact costed extra. A 1 course meal, sharing a bottle of wine, cost over £80 AFTER negotiation and a tastecard.

The offer was excellent. Ambience fine and sophisticated. Service very friendly and quick. Big minus for the restrooms not meeting the standards of the otherwise nice place.
