Usually a great place! This time service was slow with little communication. Took over 30 mins for the food to arrive because the 'guests in the restaurant ate too much food'. Generally expect better service, communication, and experience from here.

Excellent dim sum as always - the venison puffs and salt and chilli squid were standouts. A bit disappointed to find that all the desserts had run out by the time we were ready to order.

it's hard to understand from the menu's section how big or.small are the dishes and calculate portions, the waiter was not really helping and even someone spill sauce to my husband and she didn't apologise. Food was great though.

Very good Chinese and one of the finer dim sum establishments in the heart of the City of London. Waiters are polite but could do with better training to match the restaurant status, especially when placing dishes on the tables..Our food was rolling around in the plate and presentation was impaired.

First time visiting this restaurant as a celebration for a friend. Being unfamiliar with their menu the four of us chose Spirit menu x2 and Prosper menu x2. The food was delicious with an amazing variety of textures, flavours and mouth feel and the desserts were a delight. Together with excellent service and ambience the experience was first class. The only constructive criticism we could make is the beer selection was not to our taste; perhaps a more familiar selection of chinese/asian beers?

Food was not of usual standard and extremely high service charge for poor service. Attitude of staff wasn’t great. Wouldn’t go back even though have been many times before.

The atmosphere was nice, the food was good. It was busy and that added to the atmosphere. The dim sum and macaroons were not 100 ready, they fell apart or were too soft in the middle.
