7.5/10It was a bit expensive for what it was. Left 100+ bill and was still a bit hungry. I didn’t really rate the cucumber salad, no dressing or anything just cucumber and sesame seeds. Two tiny pieces of black cod on a stick £16 when we thought we were getting a larger dish. We were Just disappointed. Also fish eggs over everything when it did not say so on the menu description. Drinks were lovely Service was fantastic

10/10Everything was amazing. The only thing (which is no fault of anyones) was we couldn't see a view, but we were there the night of the "storm". The food was 10/10 to the point we ordered more after our "main" dishes! The wine was 10/10. More so because our waitress Rose was so efficient and went as far as telling us about the wine, to make sure we would like it. Her manor and attitude to her job is second to none. But saying that, all staff we met eyes with had a smile on their face. The male manager (dark suit) was very attentive and friendly too, making us feel very welcome. Thank you to everyone at Sora, we will be back :)

7/10Booking from Fork hadn't read through therefore ended up with a last minute set up table in the hallway. Service from staff also not that great. We had one menu to share and had to find someone to get our coats towards the end.

7/10The hot food we ordered was great, however don't expect any changes to the sushi. Wanted the house special but was told they couldn't be made dairy free, we asked for it without cream cheese but they weren't able to do this. Shame as it was only one change to the platter but was told no as it's all made fresh. Question is how can it all be made fresh but we can't make one change. Gutted as I really wanted the cali rolls.

10/10it was a family occasion for us, first time in town and ending up at Sora was an excellent choice. Surely the place would be more indicated for a date rather than a family dinner, but still we received a very warm welcome and a brilliant service overall. Cocktails were good, and food was too. Just a pity for the foggy night, otherwise I am sure the view would have been fantastic

7.5/10Good spot, food tasty, service good. One member of staff made effort to find a quiet table. Main downside is service charge. Paying top dollar for food and especially wine so I do object to a £6 charge just to bring a bottle to my table. This type of blatant extortion really ruins my experience. Unnecessary!

Amazing food, service and cocktails. Lovely view and atmosphere with live music on a Sunday afternoon. Highly recommend the miso cod, Nigiri and chicken karaage.

2/10Absolutely shocking treatment arrived at 5-20pm was taken to a terrible table away from all customers obviously because l had booked reservation with the fork. There was plenty of other tables available but they then came back and basically said take it or leave it. We made our way to the elevator to leave and there manager said l might be able to Squeeze you in to another table. I said forget it l have never been so disappointed in a restaurant for a long time. . This restaurant treated us differently because we had booked with the fork l reported this to the hotel manager were actually staying at the Malmaison for the last 3 nights and soro restaurant is on the top floor. I can spend my money in establishments that actually show respect to the patrons that have booked reservations.

6/10I had been before and was looking forward to returning I had booked on line through the fork booking system I went up before my reservation slot to ask if I had booked inside or outside table (and to see if we could make it earlier) as is unclear when booking online to request either. The member of staff could not find my reservation and asked to see my email. He then said that they rarely use this booking system!

This was a great place to bring my friends who were visiting from the south. In a sunny day, this was the perfect place to enjoy lovely food and drinks with friends. Service was polite and helpful, we definitely recommend to others.

3/10Really slow service, we were there 20 minutes until we even got a drink. We got charged a drink service fee even aswell even though they were slow and not attentive. Wouldn’t rush to go back. We would have got food here; however, due to slow service we decided to go elsewhere.

8/10Amazing location, great food - well what hadn’t ran out - 3 things missing and I ate at 7pm🤔 Odd staff vibe - they kept arguing with each other over roles! Which areas to cover, who sat who where n other trivial stuff….bit unprofessional for upmarket venue….always charming to diners but impacted vibe….
