Restaurant overbooked so when we arrived we were told to come back an hour later. When we came back our table still wasn't ready and it was 10pm before we got our first course. By the time our mains arrived the rest of the diners had all finished and we ended up being in the middle of the dance floor so couldn't even eat our meal. Only one member of staff apologised for the shoddy service when we asked to speak the manager he couldn't have cared less. We have eaten in this restaurant many times over the years but will not be returning

Booked and had conformation for three Saturday, and was informed they were full. Poor management restaurant only had about twelve people in. Wasn't helpful at all. Just stated he wasn't aware of our booking even thoe I had email confirmation.
