9.5/10When I went with my family to Zeytoon I asked the staff about the 50% offer with my reservation and it was deducted from my final bill with no issues. As for my visit the staff were welcoming and kind to us. They were patient and made sure we were comfortable. The food presentation was very good and tasted lovely and fresh. I would highly recommend anyone to visit.

7.5/10After such a great experience last week we returned with friends. Unlike our previous visit, discount was only applied to main courses not starters. Bit disappointed as this is not what the offer states when booking.

2/10I am absolutely appalled by the disgraceful service I experienced at your restaurant. The staff confidently promised me a 50% discount, and I made my dining decision based on that assurance. However, upon finishing my meal, I was shocked and outraged to be informed that I was not eligible for this discount and was charged the full price instead. This blatant dishonesty is not just frustrating—it is completely unacceptable and undermines any potential trust I might have had in your establishment. To make matters worse, the food quality was far from satisfactory. I feel deeply disappointed and disillusioned after my visit. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth (Just like the Zeytoon you serve), and I will never step foot in your restaurant again. Rest assured, I will be sharing my experience with everyone I know, urging them to avoid your establishment altogether. It's essential for you to review and address these serious mistakes before you lose more customers.

2.5/10I am utterly disheartened by the overall service I received at this restaurant. The team confidently promised me a 50% discount, which influenced my decision to dine there. However, upon finishing my meal, I was shocked to learn that I was not entitled to this promised discount and was charged the full price instead. This kind of dishonesty is not only frustrating but feels deeply deceptive and undermines any trust I might have had in your establishment. To add to my disappointment, the food quality was below average as well. It’s incredibly disheartening to experience such poor service and lack of integrity in a place I expected to enjoy. I no longer feel inclined to recommend or return to your restaurant after this experience.

Every dish is a masterpiece—fresh, flavorful, and expertly prepared. The kebabs are perfectly grilled, the stews are rich and comforting, and the saffron rice is simply divine. Their use of fresh herbs and spices truly elevates every bite. The portions are generous, and the presentation is beautiful. Beyond the food, the service is outstanding. The staff is friendly, attentive, and happy to recommend dishes if you’re new to Persian cuisine. Whether you’re a longtime fan of Persian food or trying it for the first time, Zeyton is a must-visit. Highly recommend this place—I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

10/10Absolutely delicious food! The starters and fresh bread, baked in house were amazing. The mains include all sorts of excellent kebabs and outstanding rice. The young waiter, Hamid, went out of his way to look after our every request! Well worth a visit, you’ll not be disappointed:

10/10The food was excellent, offering authentic Persian flavours that were truly delightful. The kebabs, in particular, were perfectly prepared and tasted wonderful. Portion sizes were generous, ensuring excellent value for money. The service was equally commendable. The staff were attentive and efficient, ensuring we did not have to wait unnecessarily. Despite taking some time to decide on our order and lingering after our meal to chat, we were made to feel completely at ease. Even though it was near the end of their operating hours, the team showed no signs of rushing us or making us feel unwelcome. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, and I will certainly return in the future.

7.5/10Lovely food. Portion are fairly big, too much rice on the stew dishes, you could feed 4 people with the amount of rice provided. Service was slow. Food delicious. Setting is nice. Restaurant warm on a cold day. The home made bread is 10/10!

5/10+3We booked through the fork for lunch, on arrival at the restaurant we were told to go away as they were fully booked. It was totally empty. We insisted on staying as the place seemed clean and there was a smell of good food. At one point, the waiter went and stood in the street directly in front of the front door to have a cigarette and talk on the phone. We were left alone in the room. Earlier a woman went in and out 4 times which made us cold. On a couple of occasions, the waiter walked around with his broom sweeping the floor. Odd. The radio station did not appear to be playing Iranian music, and the adverts were for deodorant! Not ideal. We were told that the bread was made in the special Iranian bread oven, but we were not convinced. The food was average. The Iranian tea was lovely. The gesture of offering us Iranian persimmon fruit was delightful. At the end we spoke to the lovely Shahrzad and hope that the management will improve staff training.

10/10Such a lovely dinner with my boyfriend. Food was amazing, had the mixed starters and each of the dips were amazing with warm crunchy naan bread served with it. Then had the mixed grill for two and it was a massive portion, all of the meats cooked perfectly and with loads of flavour. We were surprised with their juices, freshly squeezed apple and orange! The man who served us was friendly and took care of us very well. Definetely will be back!

4.5/10We arrived there (completely empty restaurant but us on a Sunday lunch) and the waitress immediately asked to see our fork offer and that only the mains were included not the starters (managers instructions). I did point out that there is no specification in the booking it says 30% off food but she was adamant that it’s only mains. I’ve been using the fork at many restaurants and never had this happen. One of our mains came before the starters and so that main was finished when everyone else was eating their mains. For every step we had to try to get the waitress’ attention who looked bored on her phone (one server only) No attentiveness. The ghorme sabzi had a few very small chunks of meat, something I have never experienced as an Iranian eating this dish regularly both at home and in restaurants. Truly appalling, would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Also the ladies toilet was very dirty.

Hi thank you for sharing your experience with us. i'm sorry to hear that you did not have a good time here. allow me to inform you that we looked it into the matter and that waitress will no longer be a part of our hospitality team at zeytoon. in regards to the restaurant being empty at the time you came which was between lunch and dinner so naturally it would not be so busy. we were setting up for a party we had that night so our bookings came after yours. another thing we discussed was the offer on fork discount it used to be up to 30% discount on main courses only now we have changed it to 50% on everything. 8/10+4Came with friends for lunch and were only ones in the restaurant. A vast menu but mainly lamb and chicken dishes. We all had something different and it was all delicious 😋 Would definitely come back. BEING ON THE FORK HAS OPENED UP MANY DIFFERENT VENUES, CULTUTAL FEASTS AND FOOD EXPERIENCES.
