Great service and a lovely view of the lake from our table in the conservatory. The food was fine and we were very happy to be able to use our yums to get a £50 discount. Some people nearby were having afternoon tea and the cakes looked delicious, like the ones you get in French patisseries.

Great experience as always staff is very attentive and always trying to help. Variety of food hot and cold served throughout the breakfast slot. My recommendation to introduce another coffee dispenser as one is not good enough at busy times. Thank you.

lovely place from outside. staff and food were great. But there's no table deco and dressing on the table. We didn't get the wow vibe from the setting.

I went for the 6pm Sunday reservation and it was nice and quiet. The service was great and I enjoyed my early dinner.

An almost empty, large, restaurant usually means atmosphere is a bit lacking, but the advantage was that service from waiter Modi was quick, friendly and attentive, and the choice of classic or Indian food was interesting. The Lamb kofta starter was spicy and delicious, and the mains, chicken supreme and fish and chips well-presented and very tasty. With Fork discount it was excellent value.

Delightful location overlooking a small lake. Varied menu with both European and Indian dishes. Redeeming Yums we were only offered the a la carte menu. Tandoori sharing platter was too much for two of us; Indian mains were first rate, as was the service.

My partner and I often have buffet breakfast at Crown Plaza , sometimes with the family, where we are always welcome with excellent customer service by Briget and her team. Food is good and team always willing to help with any request. Thank you all. Dunia M.

We use the Glaze restaurant to bring the family together for Sunday breakfast . Bridget the restaurant receptionist is always so friendly and helpful, it really gets you ready to tuck in to the buffet breakfast. It’s so good to enjoy the view of the lake eat well and take as much time as we like .

As always staff is very helpful! Food good. Unfortunately this time the beverage machines were out of order, so the lovely cappuccino and hot chocolate were not available. Ordinary thermos were instead.

Great location along the Thames River. Parking is a big plus. Staff very attentive and helpful. Nice food to enjoy on the terrace on sunny days.

Great surroundings along the Thames River with a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. The food was excellent, prawns and fish cooked to perfection. I’ll definitely be returning with my young daughter, especially since there’s a lovely playground area in the garden right by the river. A perfect spot for both adults and kids to enjoy!

Needed somewhere for supper after visiting Marlow & recommended. Initial impression of hotel not great, car parking had pay for parking signs. on closer inspection, needed to log number plate at reception, parking free for 3 hours for restaurant. Had a pre dinner drink at the bar and walk at the back which overlooked a lake. very pleasant as was seeing herons and red kites! Meal was excellent. freshly made and some tasty sauces. Staff were attentive and pleasant. Very enjoyable meal and would eat here again if in the area. No issues with the Fork discount, acknowledged would be 20% on arrival.

On entering the hotel there was no eye contact or any welcome at reception, neither did they advise us to log in our car registration, food was very average, after paying our bill and on leaving the restaurant we thanked the two mail members wearing grey suits but got totally blanked. We will not be returning.

Excellent free parking at the hotel, good food that was well presented and attentive service but the dining area was rather loud and as it's quite big it's not very intimate. Well heated and nice decor though.
